Plumbing Project Manager
We are looking for someone primarily with a background in the plumbing industry with strong people management skills, departmental management skills, service and sales experience to grow our plumbing division. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to find "win-win" solutions to challenges. Plumbing, sales, and management experience is highly recommended but may not be required depending on background and skillset in management.

- Interface and maintain good customer relations finding win/win solutions to customer complaints.
- Ensure that materials and equipment are ordered for scheduled jobs.
- Review, interpretation and accountability of departmental KPIs.
- Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
- Good presentation skills; able to convey confident and decisive messages.
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Requirements:
5 + years management experience
Driver's License with Clean Driving record for the past three + years
Must be Drug Free and must be able to pass any tests
Clean background check and citizenship.
