Catholic Charities of Larimer County: The Mission

Catholic Charities of Larimer County is home to The Mission, the largest and oldest homeless shelter in northern Colorado, serving as many as 130 people a day, 365 days a year. The Mission offers assistance to those experiencing homelessness and actively participates in homeless prevention in the community. This ministry has been serving the community for over 30 years by providing overnight shelter, day shelter, a public lunch to the community, emergency assistance, and extended stay programs for seniors, veterans, individuals and families. The goal is to offer a "hand up" inside of a "hand out".

As the charitable arm of the Archdiocese of Denver, and inspired by God's love and compassion, Catholic Charities extends The Healing Ministry of Jesus Christ to the poor and those in need.
