ANNUAL SALARY RANGE:   $32,530.00 - 48,794.00 (Salaries are paid biweekly)

Summary:

 

The Facility Services Coordinator ensures the highest standards of customer service and client experience through the successful execution of facility, custodial, and general maintenance responsibilities in an effort to maintain an attractive, sanitary, and safe environment for staff, clients, and patrons.

 

General Duties and Responsibilities:

 

The following duties and responsibilities are illustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended to be all inclusive.

 

  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to clients renting the Lincoln Center and their guests.
  • Organize, inventory, and process order request for custodial & facility supplies/consumables.
  • Maintain the inventory, functionality, and availability of all custodial and event operations equipment.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and schedule hourly facility attendants to service events, in cooperation with the Conference Services Coordinator; while under the direction of the Event Operations Manager.
  • Under the direction of the Event Operations Manager, facilitate and manage hourly staff labor hours and ensure facility services budget compliance.
  • Oversee Lincoln Center’s in-house custodial operations and coordinate with the City’s Custodial Liaison with regards to the services provided by the contracted custodial vendor.
  • Receive reports on facility/maintenance repair concerns and follow proper Operations Services protocols to log work requests using the established online portal.
  • In partnership with our colleagues at Operations Services, track all facility work requests and monitor them for follow up, completion, and billing.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls, and facilitate communication between various Lincoln Center staff and Operations Services, or their vendors.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and propose improvements or recommendations to management in support of operational objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and retrieval of pertinent facility operations information from other Lincoln Center managers.
  • Maintain active communication with leadership; communicate challenges and propose improvements to the Event Operations Manager.
  • Attend regular meetings as assigned by Event Operations leadership.
  • Required to work evenings, late nights and weekends.
  • Assist the Event Operations Manager with other duties and special projects as assigned.
