Mayan Rohrer Serves Her Clients and Her Community

Mayan Rohrer Loves Northern Colorado. A Realtor with C3 Real Estate and a Fort Collins native, Mayan Rohrer is passionate about serving our community both personally and professionally. She has worked previously in customer service, communications, and marketing, but it was a job with the City of Fort Collins communications office that gave her a foundational knowledge of Northern Colorado. “Working for the city of Fort Collins helped me to realize how truly amazing Northern Colorado is,” says Mayan. “It was a great opportunity to see the incredible things that Fort Collins offers to its residents.”

A career in Real Estate seemed like a natural fit for Mayan, where she could celebrate her love of our community and help people at the same time. She joined C3 Real Estate, a locally owned, full service real estate firm, with the goal of creating smooth real estate experiences for her clients. “I want to provide the best service possible in such a large and important transaction. There is no such thing as a small or silly question,” Mayan explained. By putting her clients first, being proactive, and clearly communicating, she hopes that her clients feel comfortable, cared-for, and like they have a professional on their side.

“I try my best to be approachable and bring joy and open communication to personal and professional relationships.”

When she is not helping clients find their dream homes, Mayan is serving the community. Giving back has been important to her for as long as she can remember. Mayan’s list of volunteer experience is impressive, and she tries to spend as much time in the community as possible. Her resume includes work with the Boys and Girls Club, the Junior League of Fort Collins, Canyon Concert Ballet, and Articulate City. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the McKee Foundation, and it’s her philanthropic focus for 2019.

Mayan also loves spending time with her husband, Charlie, and her dog, Penny, and enjoying all that Northern Colorado has to offer.

Mayan’s welcoming personality and kind-hearted approach to serving the Fort Collins community set her apart. “I try my best to be approachable and bring joy and open communication to personal and professional relationships,” she says, “Building strong relationships with the people in my community is important to me.” Whether you are buying or selling your first home or your last home, give Mayan a call at 970-310-9549.
